Any order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and handed over to our logistics partners, meaning we can no longer make modifications or cancel the shipment.

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

Lost or Undelivered Packages:

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, you must notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If an incorrect address is submitted and the package is shipped, we cannot guarantee a replacement, redirect, or refund. If the package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.
