Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your shipping address.

During holidays, promotions, or peak periods, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated shipping times:

  •  United States: 5–10 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
  •  Australia: 10–20 business days
  •  Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays during busy periods or due to circumstances outside of our control, including customs processing, weather conditions, or transportation disruptions.

Order Changes & Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate and complete.

If incorrect or incomplete shipping details are provided, this may result in processing delays or order cancellation. If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team may contact you via email within 3 business days to verify your information.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at support@visionatives.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.

Delayed Deliveries

At Visionatives, we work hard to ensure orders are shipped as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

These may include:

  • Customs delays
  • Courier service interruptions
  • Payment verification issues
  • High seasonal demand

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist you whenever possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Visionatives is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost or stolen, please contact us at support@visionatives.com and we will do our best to assist you. We also recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement if the package cannot be recovered.
